Shipping policy

We try to answer all emails within 3 business days.
Insurance: All orders that leave WS&C are carefully packaged however items do occasionally become damaged or get lost during transit, therefore shipping insurance is included with all packages and is partially calculated into your shipping cost. Any additional shipping insurance fees not covered during checkout will be paid for by WS&C. If your package is undelivered or arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will either ship your items again or offer a refund for items that are no longer in stock after the claim has been settled with the shipping company.
Shipping Times: Please remember that shipping times are calculated by the Post Office or UPS and are not guaranteed. It is not unusual for packages to arrive after their intended delivery date.
Shipping is calculated based on weight. If your shipping is miscalculated by $3 or more we will invoice your Shopify email for the remaining balance at the time of shipping.
Combining Orders: WS&C is no longer able to combine orders paid with PayPal and offer refunds for shipping overages due to Paypal's policies. Please try to purchase all items in one transaction. If your order is paid via Shopify Payments we will combine orders and refund shipping overages of $3+.
Once your original order has a tracking number we are no longer able to combine, as your order is already packaged and sealed with a label.
Orders from GeekyHardware.com & GeekyHardwarePre-Orders.com will not be combined.
Incorrect Addresses: In the event that an address used for your order is incorrect (wrong address used, old address used, missing apartment number, etc.) your order will be reshipped after it has been returned to Gringotts and new shipping charges are paid. If your address has changed and your order has not been shipped, please update your address in your account then send us an email at wizardrystitcherycrafts@gmail.com stating the correction. We will then make sure your address is updated before shipping.
International Orders: WS&C is not responsible for any additional fees associated with a package after it's left our facility. All customs, duty, brokerage fees, etc. vary by carrier and are to be paid for by the purchaser.
All Shipping charges include a small Handling fee to cover the cost of envelopes/boxes, packing materials, tape & labels.
