Refund policy
Retail Purchases: We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read all listing descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Overages: We try to ship the cheapest way possible. Example- If you purchase via USPS Priority By Weight and we are able to ship your order cheaper via USPS Priority Flat Rate AND you've checked out via Shop Pay, we will change your package during shipping and refund overages of $3+. If you check out with PayPal we are unable to do this due to PayPal's policies. Note: we will not change your shipping service. If you select UPS, we will ship UPS.
In the event that a partial or full refund needs to be processed, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we've made a mistake with your order please send a photo of your items with your signed invoice to wizardrystitcherycrafts@gmail.com. If you have received a flawed/damaged item please send a picture of: 1) the product in the box including packaging 2) damaged item out of the box 3) close up of shipping label with tracking number 4) 1 photo of top and two sides of box 5) 1 photo with bottom and opposite sides of box 6) your signed invoice to wizardrystitcherycrafts@gmail.com. The six requested photos are necessary for us to file a claim. All packaging must be kept until your claim is complete. All inquiries should be emailed within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Retail Order Cancelations: In the event that an order is canceled before it is shipped, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
